Taking up residency in Basingstoke’s Festival Place shopping centre, Flip Out staff are giving shoppers the chance to don a virtual reality headset and take a walk around the leisure attraction to see all the arena’s facilities before it opens to the public later this year.
Visitors to the pop-up stall can explore the 25,000 sq ft attraction and check out features like the laser maze, 30ft cyber towers, 25ft super slides and even the exciting new NinjaTAG assault course.
Also on the stand is the full-size padded Lamborghini which will be the centrepiece of the new park’s free-running stunt-box zone.
Jon Inwards, CEO of Flip Out UK, said:
“Don’t miss the chance to take a virtual tour of Flip Out Basingstoke.
“The actual trampoline park is currently being assembled, but we’re inviting the public to come along and get a sneak peak inside via the medium of virtual reality.
“It’s also a great opportunity to meet some of the team who will be looking after the park when it opens and grab some Flip Out freebies from them.”

This week Flip Out Basingstoke is also releasing details of its ‘Design A Villain’ competition, which is open to local schools in the Basingstoke area.
John Rickards, general manager of Flip Out Basingstoke, revealed:
“We’re asking local schoolchildren to design a villain to become the arch-enemy of our own Flip Out Ninja character, with the winning image being transformed into a life-sized artwork to go on display at the new attraction.
“We’ll also give the winner’s entire class a free session at the trampoline park, plus donate £200 to their school.
“So come along to our stand at Festival Place Shopping Centre to find out more about the competition and how to enter.”
Flip Out Basingstoke’s free virtual reality previews will be available at Porchester Square within Festival Place shopping centre, Basingstoke, until Thursday, November 9.
