Waylands Reading has opened the doors to its new £6m showroom.
The new showroom’s signature lounge area is complete with Scandinavian furniture, free Wi-Fi, cakes and coffee. Large exterior and interior glazing also allows customers to see all activity taking place in the new workshops from what feels like the comfort of their living room. The new workshop features the very latest equipment to allow the technicians to look after every customer’s Volvo to the highest standards possible.
John O’Hanlon, CEO of Waylands, said: “I can’t wait for customers to visit Waylands Reading’s new showroom - the location is fantastic as the retailer is just off junction 11 of the M4.
“Here, we will be able to showcase the latest range of Volvo products and help new and existing customers with their car purchase and servicing needs, while giving all our visitors an enhanced customer experience.
“We look forward to welcoming prospective and current customers down for a cup of coffee and a chat about their car purchase and servicing needs. We want to thank our customers and our team for their patience and cannot wait to show them our new home.”
Paul Lambert, General Manager at Waylands Reading, added: “The team and I are all very excited to unveil our new showroom.
“The showroom is designed to make our customers feel relaxed and at ease in an environment that provides flexible waiting, working and assessment areas.”
