Retail group, Waylands, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Willoughby as Group Corporate Sales Manager.
Natalie is joining Waylands in a brand new role to increase fleet business across the group.
Waylands has recently been approved as a Tier 2 Business Centre by Volvo, which allows them to provide a more comprehensive service for fleet customers, and Natalie will also be supporting the roll out of this in the new year.
Natalie has almost 20 years of experience in corporate motor sales and management, and she has delivered impressive results, such as taking an Audi fleet business from 100 to 1,200 units per annum when she worked for them.
John O’Hanlon, CEO of Waylands, said: “We are delighted to welcome Natalie Willoughby to the Waylands family as Group Corporate Sales Manager. Natalie will be key to developing deep and long-lasting relationships with our business customers.
“Natalie’s many years of experience in the premium sector means she understands the demands and expectations of these customers. This appointment demonstrates Waylands’ continued investment in ensuring every potential customer for Volvo will be looked after.”
Natalie Willoughby added: “I’m really exciting to be working for a retail group that continues to go from strength to strength - Waylands is now a Tier 2 Business Centre and this highlights just how dedicated they are to giving fleet customers the best service and support possible.
“I’m really looking forward to being part of the team that ensures we meet, and surpass, our goals for the group.”
Waylands is a family-run and owned motor retail group that represents four Volvo retailers: Fawcetts Volvo in Newbury and Waylands Volvo in Oxford, Reading and Swindon.
"Natalies many years of experience in the premium sector means she understands the demands and expectations of these customers."
